Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Guanzhi Shop. If you are not happy with your phone case or other electronic accessories, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, items must be in new, unused condition, in their original packaging, and with all tags or labels intact. Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery are not eligible for return.

2. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at business@guanzhishop.com or ‪(252) 512-2660‬ with your order details. If the item you want is no longer in stock, we will process a refund instead.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the item to be returned and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

6. Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. It may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
