2. International Shipping
Guanzhi Shop ships globally to most countries. International shipping times range from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processes. Please be aware that additional duties, taxes, or fees may be imposed by your country’s customs, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the package, and shipping destination. Free shipping may be offered for specific promotions or orders above a certain value within certain regions.

4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.
